Return and Refund Policy

 

We stand behind our products with a 100% guarantee. If you're not satisfied, you can return your product within a 14-day window. If more than 14 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

 

To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it and should remain untouched and in its original packaging. Please note that we cannot refund orders if the shipping address provided was incorrect or incomplete. Make sure to verify your shipping address before finalising your order.

 

In case of damaged products, you must report any issues within three working days of receiving the order. Please email us at support@arterium.store with your order details, full name, and product reference along with clear photographic evidence. If you discover a missing product, please contact us at the same email address.

 

To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To initiate the return process, please reach out to us with the following details:

 

- Your order number from your confirmation email

- The email address used to place the order

- The full name and address of the purchaser

- The date of purchase

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Remember, do not send your purchase back to the manufacturing workshop directly.

 

Partial refunds may be granted in certain cases, such as if an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

 

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once we receive and inspect your returned item. You will receive an email notification about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 3 weeks.

 

If your refund hasn't appeared yet, check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially credited. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@arterium.store.

 

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at support@arterium.store.
